Coast Dental

I have been coming to this office every 3-4 months over the past 18 months. I have never had an issue. At each appointment the staff member goes over everything they will be doing and the cost associated with each service. Everyone has been friendly and professional at all times.

This dental office made me wait 3 months for an appointment as a first time patient. When the day finally came, I mistakenly went to the cape coral office. It had been so long since I had made it, I just didn't remember which location. I had made other appointments in the cape for different doctors, so I was thinking it was that location. My mistake. As soon as I got there, the woman behind the desk stated that she didn't have me at their office and called the north fort myers location to see if I was scheduled there instead. They told her I was, so she said I was on my way. I went straight over to the office and was there within 10 mins of my original appointment time. The receptionist then told me that I wouldn't be able to be seen and she would have to reschedule, and she would be with me in a moment. After a few minutes she came back and stated that the doctor said not to reschedule me and I would need to find another dentist. I am disgusted with Coast Dental and will never recommend them to anyone. I will, however, be sure to let people know just how rude and unprofessional they are. What a waste of time.
