Debbie the sales agent at the number 757-654-3027 offered me a 45 business day trail on a merchant service with no contract. Debbie told me, the equipment will be sent to my business, when it arrives call Brenna at 804-277-4304, she will help you with the set up of the equipment, The monthly rental of the equipment is $12.95 for the tablet and $3.49 for the printer. If not happy with the service just cancel the services no charges, no contract. Before starting the services, my business account was debited without my permission for the amount of 698.00 dollars, a day after another debit for 6.95 a day after another 6.95 dollars, I called Brenna and left a message, she didn't called me back I kept trying for three days finally she answer and told she was sick and didn't work. After I asked for the debits on my account she said she will find out and call me in a few but she never called me back, I called many times no answer today I called Debbie luckily she answered and I asked her about the debits she said hold on and connected me with Brenna, Brenna told me she will find out and called me back. Debbie called me back and at this point she said the” 698.00 dollars was a set up fee and I told you that” I asked her why she didn't say that before, She never mentioned 698.00 dollars fee for a set up, I wouldn't consider a 45 day trial if I had to pay that much for a set up, She says she has a recording, I have everything in writing. Also I would like to hear the recording she says they have; there are many questions I asked Debbie twice for I felt she was not being honest with me. When we discuss the prizes she offered me a 1.39% transaction fee and the paperwork showed 1.69% she said it was mistake she will have her boss Rick rectifier the error and send an email to me with the corrected rate. Also the something happen with the rental of the equipment it had a different amount, she had her boss again send another e-mail to correct the prize.
