Top to Bottom Inc. came in and removed my old ceramic tile flooring that had hidden wood rot under and replaced it all with a solid wood base and vinyl on top. Great honest owner Richard talked to my 94 year old Navy Veteran father with respect as he served also in the Navy. This company is very professional and will do the hard work without trying to empty your bank account. So glad I found an honest contractor that did work I am proud of!
