Dixie Gas Co

I moved to the Richmond area in 2009. After replacing the gas logs, I signed on with the previous company and was very frustrated with their service. I switched to Dixie Gas (the company my chimney guy recommended) and have been very pleased with their service and support.

I work for a Fortune 500 company and have high expectations when it comes to customer service. My partner and I moved to a home that uses propane as it's central heat source. This company was who the previous homeowner used. From the get go every single interaction with this company has been a can't do attitude. With the exception of one of their supervisors, Bill, I have been shown below par when it comes to communication, follow up, and common respect and understanding. When we cancelled I was given attitude again with an actual statement from one of their agents. I stated that we've cancelled our account with them and the agent's response was "it's a good thing". I agree a very good thing as we have chosen another company that has a can do attitude.
