        At Spine Pain Center in North Charleston, we have several chiropractors with years of experience that can treat our patients. Each of our chiropractors have unique skillsets that can help with a variety of conditions. Dr. Karen Carew has spent more than 20 years in different areas of patient care. She and her husband, Dr. Joe Carew, both received their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at the same school, where he was valedictorian. They moved to South Carolina to start a chiropractic practice. They have owned and managed 11 clinics in this state and received a variety of awards, both on the state level and nationally.
