When you call for help they put you on permanent hold. Worst service I ever experienced.

I have been with this bank for about 4 years. Some times living pay check to pay check i would get over drawn and a fee of 35$ would be charged. This has happened to me about 6-10 times per year i been with them. any way i had 4k in my savings and my checking dipped below 0 and boom i got a fee they said normal they would of just took it out of my savings to cover it but i was over my limit for the month. This bank used to care about there costumers. now i think they just care about fees. the yearly meetings they used to have to tell us customers how there are doing and how much they appreciate us has almost gone.
