Have my home, auto, and health through Roe. They always go out of their way to make sure I have the correct and best policy. Called 5 agencies. these no one could answer my questions. These guys answered my question and got me the insurance I needed in one call. I would reccomend to anyone.

THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY CALL BACK HOURS LATER. THATS IF THEY CALL BACK!! I WORK AT A CAR LOT AND WE TRY TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO GET QUOTES AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS. BUT HEY IF THEY DONT WANT TO MORE BUSINESS THEY ARE REALLY ONLY HURTING THEMSELVES.......SO I GUESS THE POINT OF THE MATTER IS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY THEN DONT GO TO ROE AND ASSOCIATES!
