Dr Bates and his staff are top notch! Highly recommend. We are always treated with much respect and Dr. Bates takes time to go over things with us and explains all options. The staff is friendly and efficient and even our kids enjoy going to the dentist now.

Excellent Dentist!

I am new to the practice but had ongoing difficulty with a crown and an implant that had not been appropriately addressed. This resulted in chronic irritation due to a persistent gap. Dr. Bates easily addressed the situation by redoing the crown the area has responded well. I found his chair side manner to be very courteous and professional. His staff is a huge asset for him as they are very attentive and professional in their behavior and provide information as well about your procedure.

I recently visited Dr Bates and found he and his staff to be wonderful.

They take time to gently help with my problems and then provided excellent care.

If you need a good dentist I strongly recommend this practice!

I started going to Dr. Bates about a year ago when I wanted a second opinon on a root canal my (at the time) current dentist said I needed.

He did verify that I needed the root canal but unlike the other dentist, actually gave me a reason why as there was no tooth decay visible on the tooth. He did the work himself, unlike my other dentist who sent me off to a specialist and charged me $370 less then what the specialist wanted for the exact same work! Needless to say, I switched dentists.

Now, I have always had issues with my teeth. I am genetically prone to having bad teeth and unfortunately with bad teeth comes one ugly smile that I was extremely embarrassed by and hid from the world for many years.

Dr. Bates sat me down and told me that if I wanted we could go ahead and cap off my front six teeth to give me a nicer, straighter, white smile. On my income though I could never see how I could afford it. He convinced me to talk to his billing lady though and at least check and see how much it would cost, so I did and found it actually a do-able price (woohoo).

He did all the work himself again, and over a three week period of time and four appointments, I walked out of his office with a beautiful smile for the first time in my entire life. I was and still am EXTREMELY happy.

Both my mother and my brother had the same work done on their teeth (again...it's genetic) at different locations and I paid out $3000 less then my mother and almost $5000 less then my brother!

I have confidence now for the first time in my life. I actually had to teach myself to smile when I wanted to and not hide my mouth behind a hand or lower my head when I laughed. It's like having a whole new life, and I owe it all to Dr. Bates.

His office staff is extremely friendly and well versed in their profession and his office is kept very neat and clean.

He is very good as well with my children. They don't hate or worry about having to go to the dentist and when I say it's time for an appointment, there are no tears or whining of not wanting to go.

I would recommend him to anyone who is looking around for a new dentist. He is very well priced for the budget consious family and extremely caring and good at what he does.
