Prior to forming Home Team Title, Mr. Moses served as Vice President and General Counsel at Washington Development and Management Corporation, Washington, DC, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development and management of commercial properties in the District of Columbia. He negotiated favorable agreements with lenders to optimize cash flow and profitability, marketing leased properties to full occupancy. Prior to joining this corporation he gained extensive and board experience in real estate law, litigation, domestic relations, wills and trusts, and business/corporate law as an Associate at Newrath, Meyer & Faller, Washington, D.C followed by Levitan, Ezrin, West & Kerxton in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Moses also served as President of Clifton Trails Development Company, Clifton, Virginia where he negotiated the purchase of a 90-acre site in suburban Virginia and supervised the creation of two residential subdivisions from the raw land state to marketed home sites. He was personally responsible for securing necessary permits, negotiating agreements and developing the successful marketing plan and achieved a nearly 100% return on investment.
