North Bergen Best Movers

Called them for my last-minute move on Saturday, my originally scheduled movers called and cancelled at the last moment, so I had to find new North Bergen based moving company to move us on the same day. Spoke to their customer service guy Alexander, he gave me a good fixed price, even cheaper than the previous movers, the crew arrived in 1 hour, they were nice, fast and very professional, moved our 1-bedroom in 4 hours, no hidden charges, no complains, just fast and perfect service!

I would give negative rating if I could. I used the them about 2 years ago. I called operator twice before deciding to go ahead with the company. She told me there are no charges beyond what she told me on the phone.



On moving day, movers showed up about 6 hours late, they were so rude that when I called multiple times to check when movers will reach my house and one time tuck driver (he seemed like the boss of the crew) told me that if I call again he would just not show up. He told me that I will have to pay $60 towards packaging. I had no choice but to agree. On unloading my stuff at my new house crew made sure that they will run 10 mins over the 4 hour estimate and then told me that I will have to pay for entire hour. On top of that I was also charged for the 30 min drive back to the main office (of-course I was chaged for entire hour as that how billing cycle goes).



Never use this company.

The team was right on time, fast and professional. They took good care of all the furniture, boxes and items, disassembled and reassembled everything very professionally. We were not ready to go when they arrived since it was a last minute move, so they helped us with almost everything. The most important thing is they were immediately got to work. Communication with their office was also an easy one, the representative gave us a flat rate and he found a crew in 1 hour. We called 3 other moving companies in North Bergen and those guys offered the most affordable and professional service for us. The moving experience with this company is highly recommended.
