In December 2015 Big Bob's Flooring Outlet of Aurora Il. was

hired to remove my second floor carpet and install hardwood

flooring on a staircase balcony and hallway, rooms and closets.



The wood I chose was "select grade" 3 1/4" Solid Red Oak manufactured by a local company called L.W. Mountain. I worked with Ron Barbel in sales and the work was done by Todd and Jon.

Job was done in a timely manner and all the promise dates were met.



The installation was done correctly and it turned out great looking. The two man team also cleaned up and kept the dust and debris to a minimum during the installation. I give Big Bob's Flooring Outlet of Aurora a 5 star rating and would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.
