David's Bridal

I had an appointment at this location for a bridesmaid dress with the bride and the rest of the bridal party. As soon as I walked into the store the lady sitting at the desk was extremely rude because I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. She seemed annoyed that I arrived early and I felt unwelcome. After she rudely told me that the bride was not there yet I decided to walk around. The store was messy and unorganized. Once the rest of the party arrived the brides consultant was too busy to help us. She was focusing on a completely different bride and her dress. As we kept running back and forth from the dressing rooms to the sales floor to grab the dresses we wanted to try on the consultant seemed annoyed. After the party decided on a dress with no help from the staff at all we approached her at a different part of the store because she was no where to be seen. We told her the sizes we wanted and she insisted on measuring us all. She was rude and snappy. I will never come to this location or David'a Bridal ever again. The fact that I even gave them my money for a dress is sickening. I highly suggest any future brides and bridesmaids to run the opposite way! You will receive no help and only attitude from the staff. I am highly unsatisfied.

I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal in North Attleboro! I worked with Chelsea both times, and she was absolutely fantastic!! I was a little nervous, but she was calm, open, and listened to my needs (what I was looking for in a dress as well as my budget) which all made the experience so positive and enjoyable. I can't wait to work with her again when my dress comes in! All the other people that I encountered as well were very professional, kind, and helpful! I truly had a great experience and highly recommend this store for your bridal needs. I'm so grateful for this wonderful kick off to my wedding planning! Thank you, Chelsea and David's Bridal!!
