Sutton Street Svc

They were so great. I had my car towed there in dire need of new brakes and a new tire. It was ready the next day and the price was the best I've seen when getting my car worked on. And the service was fantastic.

I found Sutton Street service to very professional and have excellent rates. They did not charge me for an issue that they could have taken advantage of, so I believe them to be honest as well. I am planning on using them for all future repairs on my 2 autos.

They also do an excellent job using the web for appointments and email for service reminders, far ahead of most repair shops.

Incredibly unprofessional, very slow and unreliable. I went for an inspection and waited an hour-and-a-half for the internet to come back, to which the owner told me that wasn't "his fault," even though his manager told me they had known about the problem for years. I went to this local place because it's in my hometown, but was totally dissatisfied. The owner literally had me in tears. I had actually come for a re-inspection after I failed on my tires ---- he actually got mad at me for not getting tires with HIS place and tried to slam the door on me when I asked for a refund, after I waited two hours for internet to return. Another customer was mid-inspection when the internet went out a second time. I doubt they gave him his money back either! But the refund is inconsequential here. What was really distressing is how immature and nasty the owner was, especially for trying to guilt me into feeling like I should buy tires from him, when I told him, it's not even advertised Sutton's provide such a service. So disappointing. I will never go back again.

I just wish they could tell you what is wrong all at once, instead of getting you and making you pay to check your car a week after inspection passed, this guy Chip is your typical talk em down business insurance sales man, all the way down to the scam, i don't recommend you ever bring your car to this shop, i paid $150 to have them check what was wrong with my car so it could pass inspection, i was told it was mass flow another $300+ dollars to have them install this, and then mysteriously after the repair is completed not before when i was told it was just the mass flow sensor, they tell me the catalyst can be slow and may need repair, after the inspection does not pass, they tell me to bring it back in, and tell me it is the catalyst so i have them install not a factory but a custom one, and that runs me another $400+, and the car passed inspection immediately i'm not sure how without driving the car for a few miles and i'm told the car did come back with a bad gas cap code whatever that means, and walla 2 days later the check engine light comes back on again, i let chip know and he says this is not part of the original repair or check up and that i would have to pay another $150 so they can check what is wrong with the car, i mean some people are just crooks my friend
