Primary Care
I began specializing in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and its common co-occurring conditions (anxiety, depression, insomnia, executive dysfunction) during my two years practicing in primary care medicine. In the last year, I pivoted into psychiatry, or as I like to think of it, primary care for the mind. I truly believe that our physical health is a direct reflection of our mental health; a stressed mind, or “dis-ease”, will wreak havoc in time without proper care.

Autism
Meg has been practicing in the field of speech and language pathology since 2008. She began her career in private practice and continued the tradition opening her own practice, Talk SALT, LLC, in August of 2015. Meg studied at Emerson College and earned her post-graduate degree at Boston University where she formed a specific interest in stuttering and language-based learning disabilities. Currently, Meg works with children with a wide range of disabilities with a focus in Dyslexia, Language-Based Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Phonological Disorders. Meg’s practice philosophy is family first, so a client’s initial assessment includes an interview with parents to determine family dynamics and provide the most effective teaching methods. In addition to treatment, Meg performs comprehensive oral and written language evaluations.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Jim specializes in coaching individuals who are affected by attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). He has over thirty years of experience in business and has been coaching clients for over nine years. Jim’s approach to coaching is solution focused, strength based, and tailored to the individual. He works with individuals to educate them about their ADHD, better understand their challenges, use their strengths, and practice new skills to achieve their goals. As a coach, he believes that his role is to assist people to achieve their full potential because ADHD does not define anyone, and everyone possess gifts that they can uncover and use for a fulfilling life.

In 2020, I became a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner with the goal of incorporating not only medication, but a multitude of treatment interventions into optimal wellness planning. As such, I’m a massage and Reiki therapist, a student of Pilates and yoga, and am certified in other fitness modalities. I have two bachelor’s degrees from Salem State University; communications, and nursing, respectively. I graduated summa cum laude from Endicott College where I earned my Master’s in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in late 2017, and attained board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in early 2018.

Dr. Cerulli is Board Certified in Psychiatry and is on faculty at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and for NEI, the Neuroscience Education Institute..

His role was to work with the broader Behavioral Health community and facilitated stabilization of clients throughout the Merrimack Valley. At times, Thomas accomplished this because of his direct clinical intervention.
