Audubon Court Apartments

Audubon Court apartment (2828, Egypt Rd) one of the worst apartment to live in montgomery county. The services are so poor which you can't even believe. In winter maintenance are pathetic. Snow piles up for days and the management hardly bothers about it. If there is snow during weekend, you are stuck with your car. They hardly shovel the snow, if the weather is gracious then snow melts otherwise it will remain frozen. You may slip and break your bones. You will remain unheard by the management, no matter how many times you call them.

Poorest community I have ever lived. Big NO NO



I have moved to this place recently. Apartment is not maintained. Nothing is good. Appliances are too old and discolored. You will face linkage problem. On top of these issues management is staff is poor and rude. You have to follow up every single issue if you don't then they will not solve it. They are paining bath tubs with oil paint because its scratched and not smooth and will never change till its broken. If you argue then they will say that this is 45 years old community and we will not change anything until its broken. But the fact is they are not even doing proper repairing.



I cant rate zero so have to give one star.



If you want to do biggest mistake of your life then go for this.
