I had a good experience with my procedure and the radiologist. Everyone in the office was kind, and the appointment was on time. However, like many people have commented, the billing office has some serious problems. They asked for a $100 deposit before my MRI, which I paid. My insurance later covered the entire cost, so I was owed a $100 refund by Servant. It took over two months and several phone calls to get a refund. So DON'T pay the deposit up front (they will still do the procedure and bill your insurance and you, but you won't be out the money if your insurance later covers the cost).

Very impressed. Front girl was friendly and greeted us right away and even thought we was nearly an hour early they got me right back. The ultrasound technologists was very friendly also. I don't have insurance but the cash pay price was with in our budget. Definitely recommend!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT do business with this company!! If your doctor refers you to them for imaging, services, ask for a different company. They were only concerned with how many patients they could move through the process.The front desk clerk was rude & stressed. They demanded that I pay them a “deposit” for my visit. I explained to the clerk that I had already met my yearly deductible & had spoken to my insurance company & they advised me not to pay anything until the claim was processed. I refused to give them a “deposit". The MRI technician was rude & made no effort to explain the tests he was doing. I asked several questions he was clearly aggravated that I had questions. He also insisted that I leave my purse in a room separate from the MRI room. He “claimed “ the room would be locked & he had the only key. There was plenty of space in the MRI room & my purse would not have interfered with the test. Just another example of how inconsiderate the staff is.
