Ken's Maytag Service

Very professional- arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a timely manner. I have used him before and will again when the need arises.

i called this guy only because i had a maytag washer; he came out promptly at the time we agreed upon, checked out my washer thoroughly, diagnosed the problem and stated that he'd also call maytag (which is now owned by whirlpool) to get their diagnoses

he came back w/ the part, again at the time we agreed upon, installed the parts needed, did a quick check and left

when the washer still had problems, he came back, prompt as usual, tinkered with the washer some more, was of the opinion that the washer could not be repaired, and REFUNDED MY MONEY by returning my original check! he didn't even charge for a service call
