This review is of their Behavorial Health Center. All I can say is this place seemed like I was being processed through through a standard series of questions and techniques with little attention to my needs as an individual or unique circumstances. I know that you have to start somewhere, such as with the basics, but fifteen weeks in, nothing was getting better for me and it was because we weren't getting to the actual problem(s). We were spending hour after hour talking around the issue and focusing on vague generalities but nothing that was focused. I did get a new therapist in private practice and things are much better now. I guess what I'm saying is that at least for me, this place did not deliver any real help and in some ways made things worse by having me answering vague, open ended questions and working on techniques instead of dealing with real issues in the first place. It really felt like I was in one of those movie stereotypes of what a bad mental health center is.
