So, because my husband's brother doesn't like me and wanted to pay for his brother's funeral, myself and our children were omitted from his life. If i had known they would do such a thing i would have paid to take him elsewhere. My deepest sympathy to anyone who uses this so-called service.

My family had the privledge of meeting Keith Matthews and his staff last month. We did not choose the funeral home and knew nothing about it. We came in contact with Keith over phone conversations during the planning of our brothers funeral through the young lady he was dating. We actually met him and his staff the moring of the funeral, since we were coming from out of town. Although we were not involved in the actual planning of the service, and issues arose out of our control, Keith handled my brothers funeral with Dignity & Professionalism.

Pick a more well-traveled spot, yo. When you're drawing the attention of people to your business with flashy Benzes and BMW hearses parked at the curb, obviously you've decided what demographic to pander to, and you should definitely back it up with something a little bit more worthwhile. Of course, that might explain why they still have funerals from way back in September and October up on their site and the director sits up watching TV in his office. Cheap as hell, and looks like it. It's a shame.
