Dick's Sporting Goods

This store is terrible!! They're new to the area but have a very limited selection. We went looking for running shoes for my boys but they didn't have a single pair of boys 7! If my kids wore a size 11 they'd have new shoes. We were also looking for jackets and had less than a dozen to choose from. No one working there asked us if we needed any help either. I can't see this store staying open long if they don't figure out that the customers are the reason they're there!

We brought in 2 bikes for repair the first week in January. We were told they would call us w/ an estimate in a few days. Today is Feb. 5th and not only have we not gotten a single phone call, we still don't have our bikes back. Each time we go to the store to ask about them we have to wait a very long time as there is never anyone in that department. Today, our 4th trip in, a manager came over to tell us they're not ready yet. He blamed it on his supplier sending the wrong wheel. He couldn't tell us when he'd have the bikes ready or why no one has ever called us to tell us what's been going on. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or the 5 weeks they've had our bikes. Nobody in this store seems to care at all. This is our last visit to this location. Being new in the neighborhood I would've expected them to be over the top nice! Don't waste your time going to this store!
