We have been with them since day one. They are the nicest, most caring doctors. Both always has a welcoming smile. They are knowledgeable and listen to you, without feeling rushed.

Dr. Ferrara & Dr. Yocum are amazing! I love them. I have went there for 5 years with my girls and would never see another doctor. When you kids are sick they are there calling even after they have been seen to check up on them. If their in the hospital they come to see them. If you call them on a Sunday the only day of the week the office is closed they call you back within a half an hour to see whats wrong. Plus a benefit for me is they do have late hours & they are open on Saturdays. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a pediatrician. They are very friendly and excellent with children plus if there is a treatment or medication you child might possible need they leave it up to you unless it is something life threatening. You are not pressured into say giving them meds for adhd or any other option which should be left to the parents. Also they don't try to push anything on you. I simply love them and I will probably cry the day my girls are too old to go there.!!!

Dr. Yocum has been my daughter's pediatrician for the last 2 years (since moving to the area) & I have been nothing but IMPRESSED and SATISFIED with her & her practice. The nursing staff is extremely professional & friendly. Dr. Yocum herself is a very wonderful, thoughtful, & caring pediatrician. All of the problems/concerns I have had with my daughter have been handled in such a timely manner (usually within the same day as being seen). My daughter was admitted into the hospital for a day 2 years ago & Dr. Yocum came to the hospital to check on her. When she is ill, they are always available for contact & always call the next day to check up & see. I would recommend Premium Pediatrics to anyone looking for a new pediatrician in the Niles/Warren area!
