David N. Goane installed a boiler in my house in August 2011. The purchase price included a one year warranty on parts and labor. I called Mr. Goane at the beginning of the heating season to advise the boiler was not functioning because the radiators were not heating up. I left several messages and asked him to send a technician out to check the boiler. Mr. Goane finally called me back and said a technician would be out the next day. The technician did not show up so I called Mr. Goane several more times and left messages asking him to call me back. He has refused to return my calls. Mr. Goane has not honored the terms of the warranty. The company is not trustworthy.
