Babalou-Inn Dog Bar & Spa

Awful dirty location with horrible conditions and even worse management. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and prepaid upon arrival i was forced to wait in driveway for 45 minutes while provider "got things ready" upon entering I was horrified by the condition of the location (the dog pool was complete filled with poop and debris with fly's buzzing everywhere and I was told it was undergoing maintenance and she would be using her personal bathroom but couldn't allow me in, let me think about that... no thanks). The agressive nature of the other dogs at the location was also scary there were 2 large great Danes that were barking crashing against the "communal play pen" and scaring my dog so I brought my baby back to the car. I then returned to attempt to get a refund and was treated extremely rude by the owner and told I would not only not get a refund but my card would be charged a 75 dollar rescheduling fee regardless of my intention of never returning. Do not do business with this woman she is a theif.
