Gus's New York Pizza

--HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!-- I have eaten at this restaurant twice before tonight and semi enjoyed those experience. The first experience was pleasent. The second time around I watched a man, whom I'm assuming is the manager/owner be unfriendly to some customers. I just ordered a large pepperoni and an individual veggie pizza for dinner. It took the driver a bit over an hour to deliver the two pizza's a few blocks away from the restaurant. The pizzas were already soggy. When I started to eat my veggie pizza, I bit into uncooked pizza dough. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, I was told to bring the pizza back to the restaurant for a refund or can get anothered delivered, it would have been around 8:30 pm When I refused to drive the pizza back I was placed on hold and could hear a man in the background yelling. Eventually the driver/manager returned to retrieve the pizza and refund my money in cash. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service.
