First I would like you to know that I'm basing my review on the driver I had not the company. Okay I only used them once but the experience was fair, and I'll remain honest. The driver which I can't recall his name had simple manors, like "how are you today" and "have a nice day". But while driving he asked what station I'd like to listen to, and "are you in a rush".
