I went to this dentist because they were able to see me same day when I broke a tooth. My dentist regular dentist said it would need a crown, would not see me for 2 weeks, and refused to give me my records for 3 days. I went to Dr. Ennis and he filled the tooth quickly and it looks great. It was inexpensive and they were very professional. I will use them again.

I went to this dentist for convenience. Close to my job and my home and it was in network. I was told I had severe periodontal disease and that I needed very expensive 'deep cleanings' that I was never able to afford. With my insurance I am able to get 2 free regular cleanings per calendar year. Bullsboro Drive dental REFUSED to do the cleanings due to the severity of my peridontal disease. I wasnt aware of any different so I believed them and didnt bother with a second opinion. I had been back on several occasions for different reasons and was always told about needing the deep cleanings and again told that they would not do my regular free cleanings for me. I had slight pain in one tooth upon one visit,. They did a xray and I was told that I needed a root canal. It was going to be outrageously exensive so I left without the treatment. The pain in that tooth was gone in about a week. That was 3 years ago and I havent had any issues with that tooth since. I stopped going to the dentist at all because I could never get my free cleanings. Recently I started having pain in one of my back teeth, I feared a cavity so I went to another dentist for the first time ever here in town. Indeed I had a cavity. They asked me if I wanted to set up an appointment for a cleaning as well and I looked at them kind of funny. I told them what Bullsboro Drive dental had told me all those years. The dentist and hygienist both looked at eachother and just shook their heads. " We hear these stories alot from patients coming from there" . I was told that my teeth were no where near bad enough that they could not do my free regular cleanings for me. Apparently I was told this for so many years because Bullsboro Drive dental was looking to make the most money that they could. Also my new dentist xrayed the tooth I was told by Bullsboro Drive dental that needed a root canal and there is nothing at all wrong with that tooth. I went YEARS without getting my teeth cleaned because of Bullsboro Drive dental and ended up with my first cavity at 30 years old and yes I blame them. This place should be shut down. Trying to give people root canals for no reason just to make some money? Is that even legal? DO NOT go to this place. Stay far, far away and tell everyone you know

Rip Off! They tell everyone they have periodontal disease and need deep cleanings. Everytime they tell me a specific visit for a cleaning is going to be $20 per person then when we arrive we have periodontal disease again and then try to bill me $500+. Not just the first visit do they claim periodontal disease by every single time we need a cleaning and try to pull BS of $500 billings no matter what we go there for. Do not let them get your credit card info or checking account info because they will just start charging your cards and/or account whenever they feel like it. I had to change my checking accounts and close my credit cards and open new accounts to get them out of my pocket book. Now they claim they don't get my requests to have my records sent to another dentist! These people are a rip off nightmare in the worst way! They crowned my tooth without doing a root canal first so they could charge me more money by having to take the crown off, do the root canal, and then put the crown back on! Really BAD BAD Dental and billing issues.

They tell me a small balance due then they send me a bill for $500+!

I had been to another group practice so when I found out this was a corporation I was unsure. However from the moment I stepped in the office I knew this was not like the other practice. The manager her self assured me over the phone I would love the doctor and would not regret changing dentist and I didn't. I do not like the open rooms though I do wish they were closed but I felt very comfortable and will now recommend all my family and co-workers to let Dr.Trice be there dental provider.

I would recomend this dentist to anyone!!! The dentist her self is so careing and all of the staff are very nice and helpfull.

I had cause to visit this dentist in August. The dentist there told me how much the charges would be to receive fillings,crowns,labwork,etc. I paid the agreed upon price IN FULL before I left the dental office. A month later, they're sending me another bill for labwork. I received another bill in October with additional fees added on it;administartive fees and late charges; even though I was told that I did not owe the money by the dentist herself. Evidently, their Accounts Manager, as she refers to herself, lacks the commitment and ability to resolve errors like this. I do not owe this money and have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue.

I was not happy with the service that i received at this dentist. They do not tell you at the time of making your appointment they they require a credit or debit card number on file. This is so that if your insurance does not pay

within 30 days they charge you. This is really no big deal. The service is

poor, and their dental work is the same. I have 2 fillings, now my teeth

KILL me. I cannot even eat a PB&J sandwich without MUCH pain. Now

I have to deal with this pain because to go to another dentist I need my

x-rays which Bullsboro Dental wants to charge an arm and a leg for.



I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS DENTIST!!



Gental Dentistry of Newnan is AWESOME, they are pretty busy so it is

hard to get an appointment, but it is WELL WORTH THE WAIT!
