It was good because they were able to get me approved over the phone and only thing I had to show up for is getting my truck.

I liked this shop because I have most of my routes on this side but the one in Gulfport has better technology and I know the people there better so that is the one I go to.

I was looking for a truck, flipping through the Truck Paper, when I came across the ad. ATS or american truck showrooms. I was attracted to what they had to offer, no credit check and all, they said everyone is approved, but I wan't so sure with my record it would work for me. So I called and found out how the program works. It cost money to get me started so I was hesitant at first because I wan't sure what I was getting into. After I sealed the deal with the first step of getting approved, I felt a LOT better. Mainly because of the fast and diligent communication about my status. The guy who was my salesman was a friendly taller big kinda guy, really nice and very frank about the trucks and what situation I was looking at with payments and getting moving. I say it was worth my time making the simple phone call to get me started. I would encourage anyone to give them a chance even if you are doubting yourself like I was. They helped me get what I needed and get going. The program offers me to own the truck and I will be taking care of it as necessary because it is my intention of owning it. I feel good knowing they help with repairs and turning in my mileage because I always hated doing that myself and getting behind. They keep in touch with me via text messages also which is so very helpful because when I am driving I can not answer the phone when MY FAVORITE SONG IS ON lol so send me a text!

Highly recommend for fast use of commercial trucks

Always have been there when I needed them for repairs. I have a few trucks with them and I am a very happy customer. My customers are also happy being I can provide quality timely transport with less downtime.

I was satisfied with the payment options they gave me and the breakdown of what all the program includes. not really anything else compares if you have gotten a truck on your own before you will agree. the services make it worth the call.

I was looking online for a peterbilt that I could get set up with quickly. I don't have the best credit and I am happy to have this opportunity. I've been driving my truck and only have had to do basic maintenance. They helped me set up all the paperwork and even gave me info on checking parts of the truck for best performance. Been on the road with my Peterbilt for two months now!

I was trying to just go through the bank and pay cash for this truck, but they wanted 20% down. Really? twenty percent on a 38k truck is about $7796 down.come on. who can afford that right now? so I told my salesman and they told me about the rental program. Only four thous down got me going. Very pleased to have been presented with the opportunity to do it this way, less of a hassle and I like it better.

Check them out, great people, stand behind their product, and have quite the team. Not to mention how nice the sleeper trucks are. you could travel the whole country in one of them.

My first truck I got from here was the most expensive one. 4 trucks later, I keep getting discounts on the prices and can handle most of the paperwork from where I am without having to go to there until my truck is ready. The one I picked up last week however started having problems shortly after leaving. I was on vacation and didn't really need the hassle but my driver needed to see how to handle it so he could get moving. they called me and helped me , had my driver turn around and took care of my swap for me all on the phone.Way to turn an unfortunate situation around.

My wife and I decided to invest in a truck so we can travel and make some money. These folks were able to get us set up, will finally be at it today after inspection. So glad this program is available, can't wait to get going.

Nice location, the manager there was very attentive to our visit. The paperwork did not take very long to finish, but we did need to give our truck a few hours in the shop for it to be certified ready. I really didn't mind the wait because we needed to use the wifi and take care of some personal paperwork while we had a stopping point. Also I am very happy with my husband's choice for our new truck!

My husband and I went here for a truck and were helped immediately. Our salesman came quickly however the main closing took a long time to the point we were about to leave. The truck was in real good condition, nothing outstanding, both my husband and I had been looking at other trucks which was extremely time consuming and we were ready to find one we agreed on. We decided to give this company a try and our new truck came quickly and is very good. For the money, there are not many other truck sales in the area with better trucks and service.

This was my first experience with the breakdown team and probably the quickest fix, so got a good thing there. They made the arrangements and understood what was needed to keep me going. The first shop we were going to hit up had ridiculous pricing and wait time so they worked with me to get me in Gulfport. People think because I'm young I don't know what I'm doing, especially the mechanics, they learn better, I been around diesel trucks since I was a teenager I'm 36 now and I'm makin more money than half the old timers. I told them exactly what was causing my computer to throw fault code I know this truck by now it has become a part of me.
Bought this truck in 2013-been with American Truck Showrooms 3 years now --2 more to go before this thing is mine. between me and the 50 50 every part of this beast that has needed servicing has been worked out. deferred payments when in the shop and half off on the repair bills helps. Running clean now, Gulfport shop is on point
