Plush Puppies

Always does a beautiful job on my giving my poodle a perky "puppy cut." Super reasonably priced too.

I was excited to move into the Newbury Park Area, but sad to leave our amazing groomer in Orange County. I ventured out to find a new groomer and came across Plush Puppy. The customer service was under par from the start, but I thought maybe it was just a busy day. I still brought my small dog in to get groomed and upon picking her up her eye was irritated. They told me it was just some soap and I took her home. An hour later her eye was SWOLLEN SHUT! After a $200 vet bill I called them and let Plush Puppy know that dirty water looks to have contributed to her eye irriation. I can only assume they do not use clean water on the dogs, maybe just on busier days but I wouldn't take that chance again. I'm still in search of a good groomer!!!
