        Overpriced Parts

        They don't call around to get the "best" price on part for your vehicle. They use who they want to--no matter how much it will cost you. Local auto parts store sells brand new part for $400 and Union Street Automotive, Inc. buys the same part from whoever they use for almost $600 more!!!! Whatever happen to looking out for your customers? I will not be a repeat customer. Once bitten........



        They spent my money like it grew on trees.......but I bet when they order a part for their vehicles, they make sure it is the cheapest.



        I would love to find a repair shop in the Newark, NY area that doesn't overcharge.
