Tire Rack

BEWARE!!! I have seen myself and others not covered by bad tires or poor workmanship ! I went in for front end alignment picked up the car it made a crunching noise in front end . They told me it was fine . Went to have tires rebalanced at Walmart they found the crunching noise was a bad tie rod ... So after not finding the bad tie tod they couldn't diagnose they wanted to charge me again for the new alignment ! My friend just bought two tires there pulled away had a tire bounce took it to big mikes ... They said tires were out balance 1.8 ounces and one of the new tires less than a week old were bad . So my friend try's to have the tire replaced at tire rack and they told him no he could of damaged the tire as soon as he pulled out of the parking lot ???

Poor customer service !!!

My fiance took her vehicle to the Tire Rack store in Newark, NY to have her spare tire (a full size tire) checked over to ensure it would be suitable for use until she could order new tires.

After installing the tire, the IDIOTS didn't tighten the lug nuts properly and as a result the tire came off the truck while our family was in the vehicle. You know it is bad when a NY State Trooper asks where you had the tire put on and shakes his head scoffing when you tell him it was done at the Newark Tire Rack.



Giving them another chance, my fiance took her vehicle back for her inspection. Again, the IDIOTS there didn't do the inspection and still charged for it!



Take the advice, don't use this business for anything as they are incompetent and completely UNPROFESSIONAL!

Tire Rack is a great place, recommended by my daughter. They are prompt, polite, and efficient.

I AM A WIDOW , I CAN ALLWAYS COUNT ON THE GUYS AT THE TIRE RACK TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS AND NOT DO UNNESSARY REPAIRS. THEY ARE ALLWAYS TOP OF THE LINE !! THANK YOU TIRE RACK
