First, I own my own business so I understand that a customers satisfaction is Priority #1, that is if you want to keep them. Sears has not show this attitude to us.We have never had a problem with Sears for over 40 years, until now. Maybe all their troubles have filtered down to their employees? This event still has me fuming and no one is willing to help in any way. (Phone calls, e-mails, etc.)When in three of their outlets recently I have encountered staff who act like people are stupid. Shopping first on their web site (which is not current to their stock or where it might be, or what items happen to be available). Seeing their staff with other people, and I spend at least 30 minutes in each store, it was like customers were bothering them, especially asking for a specific item, features and really, who generally knows these things?I asked about a direct-drive washing machine, a guy pointed in a direction of about 60 units and said over there then walked back and was gone. I then left the Cherry Hill, NJ store.I was searching for two items and picking up their small items, but my visit was for two specific items (Washing machine and treadmill), web site said three available, store said no so I'm spending a day shopping, wasting my time and money,Finally found another brand/type washing machine in the Voorhees location. Because the web site was wrong, not where it stated items were and we needed to get one. What a waste of time. PLUS they showed three treadmills in stock in Cherry Hill and store told me none there. Finally found the treadmill in Newark, DE (we are in NJ over an hour away) called to verify after making purchase through PayPal, went to get it, first they could not find it then what was suppose to be 'new in box' was not. Glad I brought the truck because it would not fit in the smaller SUV.Loaded up and took it home, when I set it up, turned it on thought it was a dud. Found that they never gave me the paperwork or 'key' to turn on the treadmill. Called (after hours) they never return calls, sent two e-mails, (PayPal no help either) probably because they deal so much with PayPal transactions. PayPal was no help after waiting two weeks for an answer from them.So now I will go to my credit card company to cancel the transaction and they can come pick up the treadmill that will not turn on, If this was new in the box and then they told me it was put together, did they just throw the manual and 'key' away? Should have gone and next time will go Lowe's or HD because this was ridiculous. I see others have had the same type of problems.

after ordering parts, by mail, for my Craftsman Lawn Tractor, I discovered that all I had to do was go here. would have saved alot of dollars paid out in shipping costs.
