Abbey Walk Apartments

Some of the apartments are a little outdated but they are upgrading them..I've lived here 2 years and haven't had any of these "issues" others are complaining about. Give Abbey walk a chance....it's no where near as bad as these other people are claiming. I would like to see a playground added but other than that...its a decent place to live.

This place is disgusting and infested with pests. The first day I moved in, I had to stay at a friend's because of carbon monoxide leak. My air conditioner was leaking into my carpet. The foundation is old. I reported my cricket problem twice and they claimed to have exterminated my apartment, but they did not. Everyone has a dog, therefore your building might be flea infested. I have bites all over my feet and ankles since I moved in 4 months ago. The picture I attached (I was only allowed to attach one, but I have plenty more) is a photo of the cricket droppings and spider eggs in my bedroom closet. I have cricket droppings on all of my walls. The customer service is terrible!!! The property manager is very rude. Terrible treatment of tenants.

To much to write about that place. The units look like they are 50 years mold! Nothing ever gets fixed, just dont do it.

Abbey walk isn't the place to be! I agree fully with the last rating! They do not take care of this place. My stove and fridge are out dated! Abbey walk staff are very ignorant. They do not care about the tenants. Stove and fridge out dated and not working properly. The last rating says it all. Can't wait to leave. Don't even deserve a star but had to click it to write this rating. Not a happy tenant at all since the day I signed my lease! The day I move out of here, I'll be throwing a party!

All i have to say is if you want to move in here speak to as many renters living here and they will tell you that this is the worse place ever to live.



People say they hear mice or Squirrels in the vents, gross and that the metal doors are a nightmare because people are always slamming them.



Noise is a huge issue, and biggest complaint. People say that you can hear everything from tv's to bowel movements in the neighbors bathroom.



There have been reports of roach issues and the biggest thing for me is wow a pool, what else do kids have to do around here. a lot of people do not have cars and little kids so a play ground would make more sense, but there is nothing for kids to do and i see many kids playing in the road and on the side walk in peoples way. Or playing in the halls...no thank you.





I feel like this is a great place for those with low standards, and that don't mind the paper thin walls they are so cheap b/c they have low quality buildings.



everyone i meet is on a month to month until they can get the f out or are hear for a yr and thats it...stay clear of this place
