The firm s services include order entry, order processing and shipping, sales and marketing, customer service, finance, information technology support and e-commerce. CDS markets its clients products to consumers, retailers, wholesalers, book clubs, specialty retailers and Web sites. The company has more than 40 clients and annually ships in excess of 30 million books. CDS is majority owned by Olympus Partners and operates its corporate headquarters and sales department out of New York. The firm also has two distribution centers with more than 600,000 square feet in Jackson, Tenn. Client Distribution Services was established in 1999.
