Sub Zero Repair New York

Last summer our Sub Zero Wine Cooler started flashing an error message and it was not keeping the right temperature. I was worried because it was a really hot and humid summer and we did not want any of our wine to get damaged by the heat. So we called up Sub Zero Repair New York, and set up an appointment for 2 day out. For New York that is pretty good. The technician showed up on time, andhe seemed like a nice guy. His name was Victor. He hooked our Wine Cooler up to a machine to do some type of diagnostic. When he was done he told me that one of the fans in the wine cooler quit working, and it needed replaced. I told him to do it, and asked if he could try to get the wine cooler fixed as soon as possible, He said no problem, he would need to order a fan, but he could put a rush on it if I wanted to pay a little more. I said sure. He had the parts 2 days later, and returned to fix the unit. I was really impressed by his professionalism and how quickly he fixed our Wine Cooler. You could tell he made it a priority. The other day I went to get some ice from my Sub Zero Ice Maker and it was not working. We have had it for years and never had a problem with it before. I love my Ice Maker so I called up Sub Zero repair New York and I set up an appointment as soon as I could get one. I was impressed they had a guy out to my apartment within 48 hours. He took a look at the Ice maker and discovered that the Refrigerator Fan Icemaker Switch needed replaced. He said he had one with him, and he could do the work right away. I could not believe it. Every time I have ever used any appliance services in New York it has taken me minimum of two weeks and required at least two visits. One visit to give me an estimate and then a return trip once the parts have been procured to actually fix it. This was awesome I will definitely be calling Sub Zero Repair New York the next time I need my Refrigerator or Ice Maker fixed. I only wish they repaired all appliances. Maybe I should switch over to all Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, and then I could call them anytime I have a problem.

We purchased our Sub Zero refrigerator a few years ago and for the most part we have been very happy with it. Our biggest complaint is the interior filtered water server is sooo slow. It is so slow that we are forced to keep the refrigerator door open for an entire minute to fill a glass of water. The interior filtered Water Server has been slow like this from day we got it. It is inefficient and wastes water. The extra cost for this feature and the plumbing for it was a waste. Now it is leaking. My husband called Sub Zero Repair New York and set up an appointment with one of their technicians. The Technician Dave showed up and we explained to him what was happening and how unhappy we were with the interior water filter. He said that not only could he fix it, but he believed he could make it work better. His quote sounded reasonable so we figured if he thinks he can fix it, we might as well go for it. Dave came back the next day with parts he had to pick up. He fixed the Filtered Water Server and he wasn’t lying it did work better than it ever had. We are so happy with the outcome. He took a feature of our fridge that we had almost stopped using and he made it work better than ever. This company is great, the service, the prices, the friendly technicians. I would recommend them to friends and family alike.
