The Real Workout
The Real Workout is an open gym style format similar to the way Joe Pilates ran his studio. Each week, Alycea designs a custom and creative workout that you may choose to follow or not. Our Teacher Trainees are on site to supervise and assist. You can also use this to make up a Late Cancellation for free!
