The doctor was attentive and accountable, but the tendency for whoever answers the phone to lie to you to make you go away is fairly unacceptable. On Friday, the physician told me he would request that my lab results be put in priority, and told me to call back on Sunday for results. I did, and the receptionist told me I'd have to wait 3-5 business days. The doctor called me back on Monday morning and left me a voicemail telling me the results were in and to call him back for results. When I called back a few hours later, the receptionist again lied to me and said the labs weren't in yet. The physicians here seem fine, but they need to get new staff up front ASAP.
Best Place to go when you need a doctor and its not life threatening. Great doctor. Great Staff and no wait.
We give medrite the ultimate thumbs up. Our son recently suffered a concussion and we rushed him to MedRite where he was promptly seen and treated. But mostly what we received was prompt attention, minimal paperwork, excellent treatment from the very knowledgeable Dr. Kaiden, and a healthy child. We cannot praise him enough for how we were treated. This is in stark contrast to the 2 1/2 hours we spent at a hospital today for some doctor ordered testing. We were beyond frustrated and hope to only have to see Dr. Kaiden in the future!
Why would you go anywhere else? I was sick for 3 weeks and had seen my doctor 2 times without getting better. After getting sicker and sicker, I finally decided to visit this urgent center. I was seen by Dr. Kaiden without a wait! He was kind and obviously knowledgeable. He diagnosed me with a pneumonia after getting an xray and going over it with me right there in the office (missed by my primary doc 1 day before). One day later, i was feeling close to my old self again. Yesterday, I took my son there with ear pain and fever. He was seen and given treatment within 30 minutes. This is how medicine should be: excellent doc, tests done there with immediate results, reasonable copay, and no long waits.
