I thought I was all set. I ordered my wedding dress here, filled out the order form, put down my deposit of 50% of the dress. Very excited! Even though i didnt want to spend more than $1,000 on my dress, i was willing to pay the $1,150 for a dress i loved. So I put down $580, and they said I could pay the balance of $570 when the dress came in.

Here's when the trouble started. The following day I receive a call that they won't order me the dress for the price we agreed on and which was on all of my paperwork. Now they wanted to change the price to $1,700, but said because of the mix up, they were willing to go down to $1,300. They tried to make it seem like they were giving me some huge bargain by charging me more. I'd seen the dress elsewhere for between 1,150-1,400, never anywhere near 1,700. That's also illegal to change the price after a written agreement of price and a deposit was put down. But she said she wouldn't order me the dress unless I paid more. So I went in and got a refund instead and walked over to Glamorous Bride right across the hall from them and got the SAME dress for $1,150. I'm glad I didn't try to fight them on ordering my dress or they probably would've screwed me over and given me a different dress the week of my wedding or something. Stay away from this place unless you want to pay a couple hundred hirer than MSRP or if you want them to change the price on you after you have put down a deposit. Beware!

I was amazed by the selection when I walked in. So many gorgeous gowns and dresses. After going there I told my husband we had to get married more than once so I could wear more of the great stuff they had here.

I shopped around for my dress for a long time... traveling from shop to shop and believe it or not, I was getting to the point where it was not fun to shop anymore. Luckily I went to H & S Bridal hoping to find a dress that I would love, and guess what??? I found the dress of my dreams. When I tried it on it looked like it had come straight out of a bridal magazine. I am so happy I went to H & S.

I dealt with Hanna and she was wonderful. The store is in a great location - and best of all they have beautiful dresses. Fair prices for amazing dresses. I found my favorite dress there, and I am so happy that I have already referred two friends.

I am so happy I went to H & S Bridals! I couldn't have asked for a better selection of gowns to choose from. The staff was friendly and most of all helpful. I will go back and also recommend to friends.
