Gramercy Wine And Spirits

It's a liquor store, pretty hard to screw that up...yet somehow they've managed to do just that. I was a regular customer of this store simply because it's near my office in the Flatiron District. I no longer shop there and do not plan on ever returning. Aside from poor selection, I became fed up with some of the staff who I found to be rude and less than helpful, in particular a woman who I dubbed "big ugly" (never got her name, but those who have been there recently will know who I mean). There are simply too many fine purveyors in the city to shop at a mediocre store with rude staff
