If you're looking to get the best human hair, this is your place. I found out about this store last year when Adorable closed. They have everything, every length, color and tons of textures. I have been happy with their hair quality and attention to detail when it comes to matching my hair and so have the couple of friends that I have recommended. Gave then 5 stars because they are also open on Sundays too.

Have used their hair for year and a half, still looks very nice, purchased their black hair, deepest blue black in the market. still the same color, even went to the beach two times this summer. Would recommend .

I basically had the same bad hair like the last bad review half hour after leaving my hair dresser my hair went limp every curl and wave was gone and my hair was matted and dull could not even pass my hand thru it waste of $196. I am so pissed they could reported to better business beru for selling synthetic hair as real human hair.

I went to G & G Hair Extensions, for the first time about a year ago. I live in Jersey, and had a hard time finding good hair over here. So I went to G & G because my friends recommended it, and it was great!! It's about 5 minutes off the bridge, so easy to get to, and I found parking right in front, right away. They took me right away, and matched my hair color and texture perfectly!!! It was very fast service. I had an amazing experience. The employees there were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The place is very clean, and it’s a nice friendly/fun atmosphere. I highly recommend G & G Hair Extensions to anyone looking for good hair, good service, and good prices. You should definitely go check them out!! You will be a very satisfied customer :)

I'VE BEEN BUYING HAIR FOR YEARS, I FIRST STARTED OF WITH LUGOS', THAN MOVED ON TO ADORABLE AND I WAS NEVER SATISFIED WITH THEIR HAIR OR BUSINESS. THAN A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT G&G HAIR EXTENSION; I WAS A BIT HESITANT AT FIRST BECAUSE OF THE BAD EXPERIENCES I HAD WITH THE OTHER STORES BUT BECAUSE SHE FELT SO STRONG ABOUT THEM I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. WHEN I WALKED IN THAT FIRST DAY IT FELT SO WARM AND INVITING. THE PEOPLE AT THE COUNTER WHERE SO PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND EVEN RECOMMANED ME TO A NEARBY HAIR SALON. THE PRICE, SERVICE AND PRODUCT ARE EXCELLENT. THAT WAS ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND I'M STILL THEIR CLIENT. I have been a customer for G&G for many years now and I have never had a problem. I live in Brooklyn and make the long trip to thier store because I have learned the hard way that they have better quality and a better selection of lengths and textures. In the past I experimented with other places because they were closer to where I live and have been very disapointed with the quality and service. I totally disagree with the previous post and agree that the hairdresser makes the world of difference, there are many people out there that claim to know how to put on extensions but in fact are the ones to blame when things go wrong. Another mistake people make is that they think that because its extensions that you would not treat it like your own natural hair, this hair is 100% human hair and must be cared for like your own (washing and conditioning regularly) I have witnessed some people complian that the hair is not good but when you come to find out they have not washed or combed in weeks (I am not kidding) that is not only GROSS but also not the way to take care of your hair. I usually don't like to take the time to write reviews but I thought that the person in the previous post was giving an unfair review, she said it herself she only went there once when she had an issue the people there took the time to hear her out and demonstate that the hair was fine. Another establishment would not have taken the time and even cared. I have been a customer for years and have always been very satisfied with thier hair.

I've been using the services of this very friendly, family owned business for almost 3 years now and I have to strongly disagree with nay-sayers of G&G Hair Extensions. Each time I go in, the place is packed with customers and the people that work there always go out of their way to work quickly and hustle to get everyone the products that they need. There are big leather couches for people to wait on, tons of magazines to look at, and always good music playing in the store. Not only is the service exceptional at G&G, but the product itself is great. I have a very unique hair (strawberry blonde and very wavy), and they have always matched it PERFECTLY. I've never had tangling issues with the hair. The girl who works the front window who is also on the establishment's business card has always taken time with me to get it just right. Her friendly disposition is warm and easy to work with. They never try to rip me off, always advising me what would be best for my hair even if it means buying less hair from them at the time, i.e. 2 tracks instead of 3 for the hot summer months. They have also directed me to great salon's to get the hair put in. Friends that have known me forever still have no idea I wear 3 tracks of extensions because it always looks so natural and good. I can wear it curly or straight with no problem and like I said, I have very textured hair. I highly suggest using G&G's service. Like any business out there, there's bound to be an unhappy customer here and there, but in the case of G&G Hair, I'm sure it's a rarity.

I recently bought 20 ounces of Spanish wave hair wefted, 10 ounces a light brown/ blonde mix and 10 ounces black from G & G hair extensions. I have been wearing Spanish wave for over 10 years now and I have tried numerous hair factories. My number one factory in NY is Lugo’s now the outlook of the place may be dingy looking. But the hair is great quality for the price and they are always consistent! Now back to G & G I was referred to them by a Spanish girlfriend of mine who bought the same Spanish wave light brown blonde mix non wefted. Her hair felt nice and the price she told me was cheaper than the other factories. So I said I would give it a try, now granted my friend babies the hair, she washes it every day, deep conditions it and roller sets it. After my hairdresser weaved my hair with the 10 ounces light brown/blonde mix I automatically new it felt a little different from what I am used to. I sprayed the hair with a little water and put a light sheen on it and went to a party, not 2 hrs out the door the hair was already tangling and matting. I must have lost an ounce or two detangling it. I tried everything from leaving conditioner in, too moose, Sebastian wet and still the hair got tangle and matted. The hair was no better than pack hair. I then called the store and spoke with a young lady whose picture is on the business card. She told me to come in and she would have to wet the hair and see. So I came in with my hairdresser and the lady parted two small pieces in the front of my head on both sides, then she wet it and blew out one side and let the other air-dry. She stated all hair gets a little tangle and she didn’t see the hair matting so there is nothing wrong with the hair its Spanish wave. Every one who wears extensions knows the back gets more matted than the front and it take more that 40 min to see a change in the hair, you see major change from all day wear. Now I don’t baby lugos Spanish wave, and I have never had this problem. I went on vacations with that hair went swimming in the sea and no matting. The hair stayed silky and manageable. Basically G &G sold me bad hair that turned out to be like pack hair, they also wasted my time by asking me to come back to the store when they new they had no plans on compensating me. I do not recommend this hair factory to anyone pay a little more and get great quality hair that will last you. But if you want cheaper you can get the same effect as G & G Hair from the pack hair at the Chinese hair stores. Oh I forgot to say the black Spanish wave my girl friend has the same problem with it just not as bad as mine. We all know lighter colors dry out more than black rinsed hair, so the black hair should have been perfect. And while I was in the store a customer was telling my hairdresser she had the same problem in the past with them, and they gave her a discount on another type of hair.
