I am a warm and creative clinician with over 13 year's experience. I am a good listener and provide a safe atmosphere in order to explore discomfort with conflictual relationships, jobs and feelings that are no longer able to be tolerated. I believe that when people enter into therapy it is because they are willing to look into the life patterns and emotions that are causing pain. It is a courageous act to make the call and ask for help. Depending on the individual patient that comes into my office, I use various methods to empower people to become more self-activated. I have worked in the field of addictions, and for Project Liberty after 9/11. I have been trained in grief and bereavement, and trauma. I specialize in women's issues.
