Worth the trip to NY

The American Museum of Natural History is an incredible museum. It's got great exhibits and a real sense of New York history in it (references to Teddy Roosevelt harken back to what a great conservationist he was). The great hall is beautiful. I read a fact once that for as large as the museum is, over 90 or 95% of their artifacts are in storage because their collection is so vast. Definitely go!!
