        My wife and I have gone to OBC several times over the last 2-3 yrs. We have always been VERY happy. Location is perfect, views are wonderful and the staff has always been helpful. That being said.... The last time we went (This past weekend) we were put in a room that will remain anonymous. It was not clean, a fuse blew in the bathroom and the room in general was COMPLETELY outdated. Our TV's were tiny, the bedding was uncomfortable, the furniture was uncomfortable. There was a VHS and a tape deck for entertainment. When we expressed our concerns, the woman at the front desk indicated to us that they were aware that the room was outdated and that there had been complaints about it before. Yet, they rented it for the same price as the other wonderful condos we stayed in before. If not for the location and that New Smyrna Beach is a GREAT beach town, my wife and I would not go back. So a bit of a warning: When you book, be sure that the room is updated.

        absolutely beautiful

        We had a wonderful experience last year on Mothers Day. The place we were staying at A/C went out, with two young kids in the heat we needed to get a place fast. We got a two bedroom facing the beach, and it was well worth the money spent. Clean, elegant, and nice. Never had I imagined I would be so happy that an A/C quit working. It was the best Mothers Day weekend ever!!!
