In my opinion Beach Side Realtors of New Smyrna Beach located at 315 Flagler Ave. New Smyrna Beach Fl. 32169 386-314-5079 did a very poor job in every phase of my condo search. They did not make suggestions of any properties based on my needs and I was left to do all the research. The first condo I saw and put a deposit on was at Mariners Cove 3700 Atlantic Ave Unit 404 New Smyrna Beach Fl. 32169 (there were two) my Realtor Colleen Pearson and the Agent and owner Susan Hounsom were in no hurry to get me the appropriate documents for including taxes, HOA fees, HOA Declarations, HOA minutes from recent board meetings, and seller disclosures. I was not permitted to see the HOA Declarations until I was under contract. Then the contract clearly stated "do not sign until you have read HOA Declarations" It was too late since they had already conned me into the deposit before giving me the contract. Other documents slowly followed after many Emails but NOT the minutes from recent meetings.

I appreciate George Green so much. He is so easy to work and very pleasant. He is honest and reliable and is there to help you in a timely manner. Doralynn Keltner
