General Info

The Pasco County Public Works Department provides irrigation service to more than 1,500 residents and encourages only watering lawns on even-numbered days. The department maintains and repairs all city streets, alleys, water systems, sewer systems and the irrigation system in Pasco County, Fla. It also manages all major street, water and sewer system construction projects. The Public Works Department s engineering division oversees construction projects in the street rights-of-way, and provides solutions to sewer problems, such as back-ups, flow restrictions and preventive maintenance issues. Additionally, the department engages in utility billing for water services, conducts street repairs, corrects traffic light malfunctions, maintains overhead street lights and lamps and accepts applications for new water and sewer hook-ups.
