Southside Terrace Apartments

It is the cheapest place to live, and you kind of get what you pay for. The management will like you as long as you aren't problematic. They're very nice and reasonable, if they come off any differently, then its just because they're running a business and have to be in charge. If you need something fixed up or changed, then just tell management. You might have to keep reminding them since they have a lot to keep track of, but they will fix it. Also, it is a party town so you will hear partiers on Friday night and really any reasonable time to party like Tuesday night since a lot of people don't have classes on Wednesday. They surprising aren't loud terribly late. I'm pretty sure they wander back into town. As for neighbors, it's just luck of the draw. If they're really annoying then just befriend them so they might be respectful or so they listen if you complain. I've also never had a problem with parking. It gets rather full around party hours but I've always found parking around back.

this is perfect for SUNY students because it is right across the road from the West entrance. I did not live there, but it seemed like it was nice
