        Overall

        Mr. Shannon was supposed to have repaired my heating unit and was to comeback and repair the mounts on my unit. Charged me and I paid for work that was never completed. He didn't even repair the unit correctly, I had to get Berners' Heating Service to repair my unit and the serviceman said nothing was wrong with my mounts. Shannon stole my money. Lesson learned don't pay in advance because some people can't be trusted.
