The Club is one of the fitness centers operated by the Fitness Company, and is located in New Milford, Conn. Founded in 1996, it is a full-service health and fitness facility offering various amenities, advanced equipment and customer services. It offers a 25-yard lap pool, exercise pool, whirlpool, kids programs, specialized programs for adults and a spa. It provides more than 200 group activity classes every month, including classes for all levels and interests. All classes are led by certified and experienced instructors. For its members, it provides indoor and outdoor child watch programs. The Club offers abdominal classes, cardiovascular exercises, aerobics, salsa and Senior Sneakers that is a 30-minute low-impact workout for beginner participants. It provides various types of memberships that include executive, fitness, student and senior.
