        Overall

        this building is badly managed by an abusive executive director. this manager bullies intimidates and threatens tenants with eviction if the do not conform to what she wants..the use sub standard forms that do not comply with HUD policy....there is a 9 page lease and a 5 page rules sheet you must follow if you intend to live here...NOT WORTH IT... I am a tenant here and this is first hand information
