worst dental experience. Not only that that, i went in to have a tooth repaired, came out with cut check from there sanding tool, sad lips are bleeding, gargle with salt water, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL PLACE TO NOBODY. GO TO A DENTIST THAT THE ACTUAL LIC. DENTIST DOES THE WORK!!!!!!! PLUS DENTIST CLAIMS MORE WORK NEEDED DONE THAN ANOTHER DENTIST, SOUNDS LIKE MONEY IS PRIORITY. SAVE A HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE.

I recommend New Holland Dental Care. They are always very friendly. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room. They have always been careful and thorough.

This has got to be one of the worst dentist around, seems like all he cares about is money. I went elsewhere for a second opinion and was glad I did, most of the work that Dr. West wanted to preform didn't need to be done. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere.

Friendly atmosphere. Competent and professional. Dental work is done efficiently and with care. I would recommend Docter West's Dentistry to everyone.

Let me begin by saying that I have had the misfortune of visiting many dentists in my life, but I did not know how good I had it until I visited Dr. West, whose bedside manner and dental techniques rival that of the worst water-boarding room at Guantanamo Bay. He was very rough with everything from the administering of anesthesia, improper mouth piece sizing, to the actual Onlay procedure. The entire visit was very rough and rushed even though i arrived early. He was recommended to us by some friends who only got a cleaning which I'm sure was a good experience for them, but if you have extensive work to be done, steer clear! You've been warned!

I used to be a patient there but not anymore. First off they are not open on Fridays. Second the called me on several occasions to reschedule my appointments without any explanation as to why. They put fillings on teeth that they planned on putting crowns on. Why I have no idea prolly to make more money off me. I had no insurance so why would i want to pay for a filling then a crown! Then dr west accused me of being a meth head or drug addict and when I told him I wasn't he persistently questioned me like I was lying. Complete jerk, he has no idea what people go thru and is completely out of touch! One of his assistants gave me a number for a dental college to get discount dental work, but she made sure no one was around when she told me. He has a revolving door of assistants I never saw the same one twice. So I now go to aspen dental and use a careington discount plan for 7.95 a month and all my procedures are half of what this jerk charges. He is more concerned with sending out his monthly newsletter with suggestions on where to go skiing. Never again will I step foot in there!

Samantha, I don't know what you are talking about. Dr. West does great dentistry, his cosmetic work can't be compared to any in this area. He is pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have had things done by him and so did my friends and family. Overall, the office is very high-tech and the dentistry is superb. It's just not for everyone. As for failed root canals, I have a hard time believing that someone would guarantee a root canal forever, it's just not done. They do fail somtimes and it's not always the doctor's fault. It's one of those things. My husband had a root canal done by him 5 yrs ago and it's still feeling great and the crown looks wonderful too, matches his teeth and looks like a real tooth, no gray lines or anything.

I am terrible dissatisfied with this dentist (Dr. Daniel West) When he did a root canal on one of my teeth he said he guarantees it will last forever. Well I had the tooth he did a root canal extracted (pulled out) by another dentist three years later. Also had a root canal done on the tooth next to it, because the infection spread to the other tooth.

When I called him with the problem, to ask him if he can fix my tooth since he guaranteed it will last me forever, he said he only guarantees for one year! He talks so big as though he knows what he's doing- but actually doesn't. Also did a crown on one of my teeth and picked out the most ugliest, dis-matching color imaginable- probably hoping I will come back to him to have it redone. Don't let him talk big to you and convince you into getting your teeth fixed by him- It will be a big mistake. HE IS A RIP OFF!!! Not to mention I had yet another tooth retreated by a different dentist. Take my word, and find a better dentist.

I had two root canals done on two separate tooths. One of the tooth filling fell out- had to pay over $1000.00 to have it fixed up by another dentist. The second tooth had an unsuccessfull root canal, which I had to do a root canal retreat by a different dentist - the crown was also raised too high which made me develope an awful TMJ problem. I do not recommend having root canals done by this dentist, unless you want to keep paying money to have the teeth retreated or extracted. This dentist is not worth your time and money!!!!
