        Overall

        NOT--I repeat, NOT--a steam cleaning carpet system. The carpets were cleaned, but only superficially--the equipment used is NOT a steam cleaner. I pointed this to the service personnel, and they insist that all other services use the same equipment (a flat out lie). I advise, look elsewhere.
